In addition to the weekly Tulane newsletter, I collaborated with the change management team where I was recruited to create a monthly newsletter supporting a two-year ERP implementation. This resource was crafted to keep the campus informed about ongoing changes. I designed the layout, developed engaging content and graphics, and established both a distribution timeline and a streamlined content submission process. Available in digital and PDF formats, this comprehensive publication ensured clear and consistent communication throughout the ERP transition.
