To kick off Tulane’s 2024 Professional Development Day, I created an opening video featuring heartfelt testimonials from staff across the university. I led the project from start to finish—including outreach and coordination, quote collection, video creation, feedback implementation, and final production. The video highlighted the impact of professional development opportunities and set an inspiring tone for the event, which I also served as keynote speaker for. The project received overwhelmingly positive feedback and helped reinforce Tulane’s commitment to learning, growth, and employee engagement.
